“How deep should you squat?”, “Is lifting overhead dangerous?”, “Is there a must-do, non-negotiable exercise?”

Have you ever had questions like this? Do you know the “correct” answer? Whether you do or whether you do not, this session is for you – as long as you want to learn. It is a 100% interactive session and will mediate maximum knowledge sharing. It is designed to ensure that everyone will gets a say, all your questions discussed, if not answered. Come along prepared to move and come with your Compound lift questions as they will dictate our path for 90 mins.

Nick Clarke

Nick is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Victoria where he heads up the newly formed Applied Sport Science Practitioner Pathway. As pathway lead, Nick is responsible for identifying and educating Canada’s next best world-class practitioners while co-ordinating a team who service all Varsity sports.  He also remains a senior member of the S&C department at the Canadian Sports Institute Pacific (CSIP).  A 15 year applied sports science career has seen Nick involved in the physical preparation of numerous national teams from Britain, Ireland and Canada spanning 3 Olympic Games.
