Transformation ain’t easy babes, that’s for sure. Working on one’s physical, mental, nutritional and spiritual health requires a level of energy and consistency that even the most dedicated clients can, and at some point, will struggle with. In this session we’ll cover the most important foundational nutritional habits that will benefit one’s life for the long-term while breaking them down into some actionable directional activities that will ensure they can show up for themselves, and you, during your time together. Time will also be spent on identifying common patterns that people can revert back to when they’re in the middle of a healthy transformation. Questions and interaction are encouraged.
