Mini bands are an accessible, portable tool for both strength and
mobility-based exercise. Learn how to use mini bands effectively
from the warm-up through a full workout whether you’re teaching
a group exercise class or working with a client one-on-one. We’ll
also learn the limitations of the mini band and bring in yoga blocks
to master a fully functional arsenal of mobility and stability moves
for optimal hip, foot and knee function.
