Fundamental movement patterns include:
• Squat
• Hinge
• Push
• Pull
• Lunge
• Carry
This workshop will teach you multiple ways to incorporate
kettlebells into these fundamental movement patterns to
increase stability, strength, coordination and more. Kettlebells
are an amazing tool to develop grip strength (one of the
best determinants of health longevity), as well as increasing
proprioception, and cultivating resilience. Kettlebells are a
convenient and dynamic tool to increase overall well being. Come
and learn a variety of ways to incorporate them into what you do!

Organizer

Katie Thacker & Brandon Sherbrook

Katie & Brandon are Owners of Third Space Movement, a local,
multidisciplinary fitness studio and clinic. They have been
mentoring and training Coaches, Trainers, and Yoga Teachers for
over a decade and specialize in Kettlebells, Mobility, Functional
Movement, Yoga and Coach Development. Together they have
taught thousands of group fitness classes, as well as leading
instructor training for kettlebells & yoga, providing corporate
wellness programs, supporting the local Kinesiology Programs
and more. They are passionate about uplifting the overall
wellness of the greater community through movement, play
and connection.
