Lana Osborne-Paradis

Lana Osborne-Paradis BSc. Kin, CSEP-CEP is a sought-after personal trainer and educator. In 2018 she was named one of Canada’s Top
Trainers by Impact Magazine.  Lana began her career in the fitness industry as a fitness instructor, and has taught step aerobics,
indoor cycling, mobility classes and strength training. She spent the early part of her training career working with hockey players before launching her business, Blast Fitness, in 2008 where she works with women of all ages from around the world to get and stay consistent with strength training. Lana loves blending science-based information with mindset tools to provide the ultimate impact for her clients.
She lives in Invermere, BC where she hikes, runs and skis with her husband and two children.
