Join Dr. Len Kravitz in an incredible educational journey documenting the mental health benefits of exercise. Len will present the newest research on what type of exercises improves memory, thinking, central control and brain processing. A highlight of this presentation is a practical update on how to alleviate stress and anxiety. Len will teach several stress management techniques, showing everyone how to curb stress and improve performance. This multi-media presentation will inspire, stimulate and fascinate.

Len Kravitz

Len Kravitz, Ph.D., is the Program Coordinator of Exercise Science and Researcher at the University of New Mexico where he won the “Outstanding Teacher of the Year” award. Len was honoured with the 2009 Canadian Fitness Professional “Specialty Presenter of the Year” award and was chosen as the 2006 American Council on Exercise “Fitness Educator of the Year”. He also has received the prestigious Canadian Fitness Professional “Lifetime Achievement Award”.
