Studio 54 - Marjorie O'Conner

Come and have a blast with Marjorie and experience the hottest class in New York! MOC Studio 54 is a quick efficient and fun upbeat workout. In 54 minutes the series of motivating exercises will be completed followed by a stretch sequence.  This is truly a back to basics class with a retro feel!  Quick tempo music accompanies the progressive sequence of ballet inspired exercises, old school calisthenics and a pilate's repertoire of movements. It's a full body using bodybars, bands, free weights, balls and a mat to strengthen and lengthen every muscle group to create lean and sculpted bodies.

Don't forget your spandex and leg warmers!!!
