Have you ever heard the phrase “proximal stability leads to distal mobility and strength?” Understanding this concept is essential to achieving effective movement. While mobility & foam rolling techniques are an important step in overcoming the diseases associated with automation, one major reason for lost mobility is poor stability. Adding more ROM on top of instability is dangerous, increasing the risk of injury, decreasing functional performance, and eventually causing chronic pain. In this hands-on and active seminar you’ll learn how to assess and progressively strengthen movement.
